Recently and notably he received the 2001 Governor's Award In the Arts from the state of Utah, as well as the 1986 Ada Wrigley Award, Catalina Island, California and the 1991 Joseph Hartley Memorial Award, New York, New York.

Named one of the 247 Most Influential People in the History of Utah in 2000, Randall resides in Salt Lake City where he paints everyday in his downtown studio. A painterly master Randall's work is compelling, rich and timeless.
